Instead of replacing the bouquet I had chosen with something else, I was notified that the flowers needed for my order were coming the next day. I really appreciated that they did not just send something random. The bouquet was fresh and exactly like the picture I had picked out, except it somehow looked even better! Also, they sent a separate yellow rose as an apology to my daughter for the one day delay. I was just grateful that she got what I ordered and not something cheap or wilted.
